Introduction:

● Our company is a special transformer oil chromatograph launched a dedicated power special insulating gas oil dissolved gas component content determination of chromatograph instrument adopts advanced process with three detector, TCD detector and two FID detector, one injection, 7 minutes to complete the analysis of 7 kinds of gases dissolved in insulating oil the component content. The H2 was detected by TCD; hydrocarbon gases (CH4, C2H4, C2H6, C2H2) was detected by FID1, CO, CO2 by FID2 detection, to overcome the influence of a large number of CO and CO2 on hydrocarbon gas, especially the effect of C2H2, shorten the detection time and improve detection sensitivity.

1 :  To achieve real-time computer control and data processing:

Instrument with digital interface, realize real-time data signal acquisition, data processing and test results on the computer through a communication line. Instruments and computers connected to the Internet can be connected by remote computers and instruments to realize remote data acquisition and management. The degree of freedom of the device is improved, and the effective application of the laboratory is promoted.

The column case has over temperature protection. Any way the temperature exceeds the set extremely difficult, the instrument will stop heating, and on the display to report the location of the fault;
