Using method of High Current Voltage Divider

1. Connect the grounding terminal of standard voltage divider to the ground safely.

2. Connect the high-voltage wire above the equalizing ball, and tighten the high-voltage wire with the screw bolt.

3. Insert the input end on the instrument base into the measuring end of the digital high voltage meter, switch the button switch to "DC" when measuring DC, and switch the button switch to "AC" when measuring AC.

4. Select "low" when the measured voltage is less than 20kV, and select "high" when it is more than 20kV, so as to obtain higher precision test value.

5. Turn on the "power" switch, select the appropriate gear, then the digital high voltage meter will display "0.00" or "00.0", then the measurement can be started.

6. After the test, cut off the high voltage and enter the site only when the reading on the standard voltage divider is "0.00" or "00.0" (during the AC test, the instrument will slowly return to zero, but the high voltage power supply has no power, so in this case, please pay attention to the difference between the AC test and the DC test).

7. When measuring DC, if there is a filter capacitor, the filter capacitor should be fully discharged to make the reading of digital high voltage meter "0.00", then the relevant operation can be done.
