The electrical integrity of grounding device refers to the electrical connection between various electrical equipment, parts of grounding device and equipment, namely DC resistance value, also known as electrical continuity. The reliable and effective connection between the grounding down lead of power equipment and the grounding grid is the fundamental guarantee for the safe operation of the equipment. Grounding down-lead is the connection part between power equipment and grounding grid. During the long-term operation of power equipment, the joint may be affected by damp and other factors, resulting in node corrosion, even fracture and other phenomena, resulting in the increase of resistance between the grounding down lead and the main grounding grid connection point, which cannot meet the requirements of the power regulations, making the equipment unsafe in operation will cause the equipment to lose ground operation. The underground grounding electrode and its connecting part of the grounding device may also be corroded or even broken.
