ZC-313 pressure vacuum breaker test set is designed to measure the vacuum degree of vacuum switches.  With the rise of oil-free medium voltage switch, vacuum switch has been widely used because of its unique advantages. In recent years, due to the reasons of production process and field use environment, some vacuum switches will leak in different degrees in the operation process of their vacuum interrupters, and some of them may leak to the point that they cannot be normally disconnected within the normal life range. In this case, the phenomenon of abnormal disconnection will occur and cause serious consequences. Most of the domestic vacuum switch accidents are caused by this reason.Therefore, it is very important to strengthen the regular or irregular detection of vacuum degree of vacuum switch.

The traditional detection method is "withstand voltage method", that is, when the vacuum switch is in the off state, a certain amount of electricity is applied between the dynamic and static contacts. The leakage current of the vacuum tube can be measured, and the quality of the vacuum tube can be inferred. The advantages of this method are: simple operation; disadvantages: it can only qualitatively detect the quality of the vacuum tube; and the vacuum degree cannot be accurately distinguished between 104-10-pa, so it cannot judge the development trend of leakage (that is, how much leakage the same vacuum switch has compared with the last time).
